RESTAURANT LA SIRIOLA 

Situated in the heart of the Dolomites in northeastern Italy, La Siriola provides guests with a unique dining experience designed to encapsulate the culinary vision of Chef Matteo Metullio, one of Italy’s youngest Michelin-starred chefs. The food is modern and refined, reflecting international influences and local specialties. Guests can order à la carte, or choose one of La Siriola’s five tasting menus, each named after a different variety of wood – an homage to the beautiful forests surrounding the hotel. The interior is elegantly styled and comfortable.

RESTAURANT ST HUBERTUS 

Situated within the historic mountain retreat of Rosa Alpina is St. Hubertus, the three Michelin-starred alpine restaurant. Inspired by the surrounding Dolomite mountain range, Chef Norbert Niederkofler produces a menu with Alpine and Ladin flavours unique to the South Tyrol region. Before dinner commences, Chef Niederkofler invites hotel and restaurant guests to join him in the kitchen for a special aperitivo of sliced prosciutto and Prosecco. Guests dine in a surrounding decor reflecting the natural alpine environment in which it sits.

ANNA STUBEN 

In this family-run Michelin-starred restaurant, expect simple yet stylish Italian food in an enchanting setting. Renowned Chef Reimund Brunner uses only the highest quality local Alpine produce to creates delicacies that will satisfy even the most demanding palates. Award-winning Sommelier, Franz Lageder, matches Chef Brunner’s masterpieces with a list of wines from around the world.

DOLOMIEU

Located within Hotel Dv Chalet, Michelin-starred Dolomieu is guided by widely-acclaimed Chef Enrico Croatti. Using local Alpine ingredients, he produces an imaginative range of tempting and delicious fish and meat dishes, in a welcoming Stube-style environment.
