Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Customer Profiles in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM system).
- Identity Verification.
- Fraud monitoring and transaction disputes activities.
- Providing customers with the Balance, Transactions reports and Statements.
- Online Services queries.
- Identifying Account types and Credit limits.
- Card and Pin related queries.
- New Applications queries.
- Issues and complaints escalation.
- Address customer’s concerns regarding the product via calls and emails.
- Identifying the opportunities for cross-selling (not mandatory, incentive bonus if successful).
- KYC activities.
Requirements:
- Customer-oriented person with a “can do“ attitude and ability to ask the right questions.
- Experience in the customer service industry.
- Previous experience in finance/banking/tourism is appreciated.
- Ability to handle complaints in a professional manner.
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
- Other languages are an advantage – German, French, Russian, etc…
- Good computer skills and experience with MS Office.
- Decisive with the ability to find the best solutions.
