If you are unhappy with the product or service as provided by us, you may lodge a complaint free of charge.

Submission of the complaint can be done either:

• in writing by sending a letter addressed to the Compliance Officer at the registered address of VCFC : Level 10, Q2, Quad Central, Triq l-Esportaturi Birkirkara CBD 1040; or
• by calling us on the number indicated on the back of the card; or
• by sending the complaints form via email at complaints@vcfc.eu

We will acknowledge receipt within two business days from receipt of the complaint. The email shall include all the information in respect of next steps to be followed.
