After a particularly successful year, one of our Slovak based corporate clients wanted to demonstrate their appreciation to their staff with a lavish Christmas party and contacted us to arrange the necessaries.
We arranged a schedule of flights bringing staff members from various European destinations and had them transferred to their accommodation in a series of Mercedes S and E class cars as well as two 50-seater Viano buses. We booked several rooms and suites in the Radisson Blu Carlton Hotel, Mercure Bratislava Centrum Hotel and the Loft Hotel Bratislava.
For each member of staff, we sent out a survey requesting preferences from dietary requirements to hotel requirements and successfully delivered on every one. For some, that meant early check-in requests successfully negotiated with the relevant hotel. For others, it meant off-the-menu carnivore diet dishes arranged directly with the restaurant chef, and for one particular a gentleman, a bottle of Dom Perignon in a bucket of ice in his room awaiting him upon arrival.
For the main event, we arranged for the transport of the entire entourage across the border and into Austria. Celebrations took place at das FRITZ, a contemporary restaurant tastefully designed by Halbritter & Hillerbrand.
A photographer was on hand to capture the event as well as a live music band and a late-night DJ. In between, guests were treated to a bonanza 20-minute pyrotechnic extravaganza which they viewed from the boardwalks built over the shores of Lake Neusiedl. With not a single hiccup in sight, our clients praised us for a memorable evening successfully delivered.
