Daroco, a Franco-Italian sensation with two thriving establishments and a cocktail bar in Paris, is set to cast its culinary spell on London in October 2023.

The trio of founders—Alexandre Giesbert, Julien Ross, and Nico de Soto—will introduce DAROCO Soho, an extraordinary modern trattoria where every dish tells a story of Italian authenticity. From homemade pasta to artisanal pizzas, freshly baked bread, and ice cream, Daroco sources ingredients from the heart of Calabria to the peaks of Emilia-Romagna.

The menu, designed for sharing, offers a sensory journey. It includes signature pizzas with Baroque-inspired names, culinary creations like caponakchouka (a delightful blend of Italian caponata and shakshuka), and classics like Vitello Tonnato. Expect signature dishes, including black truffle linguine or their divine tiramisu for dessert.

The restaurant will enchant diners with a spacious area, an outdoor terrace, and an underground bar with room for 50 revellers led by talented mixologist Nico de Soto. Renowned architect Olivier Delannoy, who has designed spaces for the likes of Dépot Légal and YAYA, has meticulously crafted each element.

As you step in, you’ll be captivated by the fusion of textures, colours, and volumes. Marble tabletops, rich wooden countertops, burnished brass fixtures, and lush greenery create an English garden-inspired ambience. The pièce de résistance, a grand mirrored ceiling, will reflect soft lighting, transforming your meal into a theatrical experience.

DAROCO Soho represents a fusion of European influences—French hospitality, Italian warmth, and British vibrancy. With its exceptional design and what will undoubtedly be delectable cuisine, it’s poised to become as iconic as its Parisian counterpart, offering an unforgettable dining experience that celebrates beauty, excellence, and shared moments.
