SEEDS RESTAURANT – MYANMAR

The creation of Michelin-starred Chef Felix Eppiser and his wife Lucia, Seeds is a continuous voyage of inspiration and culinary creativity. Within a glass-crafted lake house on Inya Lake Yangon, guests can unwind in a lush tropical garden whilst enjoying European gastronomic delights with an Asian twist and a focus on health and sustainability.

BAUHAUS RESTAURANT – VANCOUVER

Award-winning Vancouver restaurant, Bauhaus, is known for its modern take on German cuisine and exceptional service. Fresh flavours are built on the philosophy of transforming traditional German dishes into a contemporary form. Owned by German film director Uwe Boll, Bauhaus is located in Vancouver’s trendy and oldest neighbourhoods, Gastown. The restaurant features original reclaimed brick and stone, where guests are surrounded by a minimalistic urban design.

BORAGÓ RESTAURANT – CHILE

Location: Nueva Costanera 3467, Vitacura, Región Metropolitana, Chile

Boragó introduces contemporary Chilean cuisine with a focus on natural ingredients, products and techniques. Through collaborating with local foraging communities and producers, Boragó gives access to unique Chilean dishes in the heart of Santiago. Boragó features on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list and Chef Rodolfo Guzmán was honoured by his fellow professionals with the 2015 Chefs’ Choice Award. The plating is minimalist and beautifully earthy. A popular dish is the duck hearts grilled in duck fat, edible coral mushroom and plum leaves.

NUSR-ET RESTAURANT – MIAMI

The booming Turkish Steakhouse that was made famous by their mercurial owner/head chef and social media phenom “Salt Bae”, has opened up its newest branch in Miami. The restaurant reached its height of social media fame after their owner Nurset Gökçe released a series of viral videos on which he showcases the outrageous ways that he prepares his meals. The quality of food at the steakhouse matches its online buzz, and in a town like Miami it’s definitely the place to visit!

TICKETS RESTAURANT – BARCELONA

In standard Adrià fashion, the eccentric 90-seat restaurant channels Willy Wonka’s whimsy. Chef Albert Adrià specialises in different preparation methods across five small-plates bars and open kitchens that surround the perimeter of the restaurant. At Tickets, think traditional tapas with an avant-garde twist. Get ready to taste liquid ravioli with Payoyo cheese, tuna belly ‘painted’ with Iberian ham fat and frozen orange with chilli, olive jus and pumpkin seed oil.
