Securing first place in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants as well as hosting Mauro’ Chef of the Year’ Colagreco, Mirazur’s reputation precedes it. Set in a landscape between the mountains and the sea, Mirazur is housed in an impressive, angular, 50s building with views over the Garavan harbour.

Inspired by nature’s ever-changing cycle of life, the new ‘Lunar Menu’ is divided into four separate offerings of Root, Leaf, Flower and Fruit. Inventive dishes concocted by Colagreco create a culmination of all the different cultures he has experienced throughout his life, from his Italian-Argentinian heritage to the French masters under whom he learned his trade.
