Four Seasons Private Jet is delighted to welcome guests aboard for a global journey curated in collaboration with Noma, a leading restaurant of the world.

Taking place from 27 May to 14 June 2017, stops include the following nine destinations:

Seoul, South Korea
Tokyo, Japan
Hong Kong
Chiang Mai, Thailand
Mumbai, India
Florence, Italy
Lisbon, Portugal
Copenhagen, Denmark
Paris, France

This extraordinary journey tracking the evolution of food, culture and gastronomic creativity across Asia and Europe offers guests a seamless experience of the very best each destination has to offer. This exclusive itinerary has been curated by Noma’s René Redzepi to give travellers an insider’s look at the way certain elements have shaped the way we perceive and enjoy gastronomy today.

The itinerary of this journey breaks down as follows:

Seoul, South Korea

The journey kicks off at the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul over cocktails with your dedicated support team. Highlights include dinner at celebrated chef Jong Kuk Lee’s home and a visit to Mt. Bukhan to trace the spiritual legacy of Buddhist preparation of temple food used for centuries. Further immerse yourself in Korean culture by visiting a ceramicist’s studio, have lunch at a local brewery and enjoy a festive meal at Jungsik, one of Asia’s top 10 restaurants.

Travellers have multiple options from joining renowned chef Namae Shinobu on a foraging expedition outside the city followed by dinner at Michelin-starred L’Effervescence to learning the basic movements of sword fighting from Tetsuro Shimaguchi, perhaps best known for his choreography in Kill Bill (2003). Savour the city’s finest Kobe beef at a private dinner at Yakiniku Nakahara. Visiting Ginza’s famed food halls and sushi-making are also options while guests stay at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi.
