BOB BOB CITÉ
The grand opening taking place on the 25th of March at The Leadenhall Building.
This offshoot of Soho’s Bob Bob Ricard (famed for its “Press For Champagne” buttons) will now be opening in March of 2019 – a good 14 months overdue. The Leadenhall Building restaurant will be a City-ready incarnation of the opulent original, feeding 190 covers with a menu designed by Michelin-starred chef Eric Chavot. The fizz-fuelling buttons are also set to make an appearance.

Journey through the senses as you see, taste, smell and touch revolutionary products. Taking place at ExCeL on 17-20 March in London, the home of food & drink innovation, and co-located with Pro2Pac, the food & drink processing & packaging event, the joint festival is a must attend event for all future focused companies or food lovers.
CELEBRITY CHEF TOUR: SEATTLE

The James Beard Foundation offers a variety of events designed to educate, inspire, entertain and foster an appreciation of American cuisine. Multi-course meals, complemented by wine pairings, prepared by guest chefs from around the world. Dinners may highlight individual chefs or chefs from more than one restaurant. Chefs may cook their own signature cuisine, or cook around a theme, such as a specific ingredient or holiday.
When attending a dinner, guests are first invited to walk through the Beard House kitchen to meet the night’s chef and observe the event team at work. They then enjoy a canapé reception, which takes place throughout the ground floor and in our garden (weather permitting). Diners then climb to the second-floor dining room, where they enjoy a five- to six-course tasting menu with wine pairings. The evening concludes with a question-and-answer session with the chef in the dining room.
