Property developer Clivedale London currently has a 4-year pipeline of super-prime residential, hotel and office developments located in London W1, worth a total of over £1 billion. The most exclusive and anticipated development will be Mayfair Park Residences on Stanhope Gate, W1.

The flagship development; Mayfair Park Residences, is located adjacent to Hyde Park and Dorchester Collection’s 45 Park Lane. Clivedale signed a long-term partnership with Dorchester Collection to service and manage the entire development from each of the residences to the 10,000 sq. ft. health club.

Mayfair Park Residences spans three adjacent buildings on Stanhope Gate, with prices for the majority of the apartments expected to be in excess of £5,000/sq. ft.

Designed by PLP Architects and with interiors courtesy of Jouin Manku – the practice behind Maison van Cleef & Arpels in New York and Alain Ducasse at Hotel Plaza Athénée in Paris – the development is scheduled to complete end 2019.

Prices at Mayfair Park Residences range from £4.1m to £26.2m. For more information, please contact Clivedale or your Insignia Lifestyle Boutique Personal Assistant.
