Hot-to-trot Sexy Fish confirms that Sunday is now officially the coolest day to party with the launch of Sexy Brunch. The much talked about Asian-inspired restaurant in London’s Mayfair will launch its first ever weekly Sexy Brunch this Sunday, 7 May complete with a new brunch menu and cocktail list, alongside a stellar line up of music and world class DJs.
Following the success of a string of brunch parties in Las Vegas, Ibiza and Sydney, brunch has become the new social moment for the global glitterati. Throughout the months of May and June, Sexy Fish will host the intimate, Sexy Brunch parties each Sunday from 11.30am – 4.30pm where guests can enjoy an Asian-focused menu, a sultry cocktail list and upbeat playlists. Each week, a different VIP guest DJ will keep the tunes pumping as the bartenders shake expertly mixed cocktails and pour Champagne. DJs set to take to the decks in the coming weeks include Nick Grimshaw, Ooh La La and Jodie Harsh, each bringing their own unique sound and style – with more to be announced in the weeks to come. Those lucky enough to secure a booking will be able to party away next to Frank Gehry’s black mosaic crocodile and under the watchful gaze of Damien Hirst’s exquisitely cast bronze mermaids.
Chef Director, Bjoern Weissgerber has created a new and unique brunch menu inspired by the seas of Asia. Highlights include the super green salad which is made using 17 super food ingredients, making it the healthiest brunch dish in London, and a show-stopping King Crab, bone marrow & truffle. Classic brunch dishes get a sexy twist none more so than the Sexy Fish Benedict, served on a black charcoal muffin with tuna & avocado or lobster and truffle. Look out for tofu hash browns with smoked salmon and crème fraiche plus an imaginative Sexy tofu ‘BLT’. For those with a sweet tooth, the Sexy Brunch dessert menu gives another brunch classic a contemporary spin with green tea waffles with Japanese black sugar syrup, blueberry and bacon. The Sexy Fish Bloody Mary and the Absolut Elyx Spritz alongside innovative concoctions such as the Sexy Fizz, the Red Snapper and the Michelada will wash things down nicely.
