The notion of a “dream holiday” is tossed around so carelessly, it’s lost its lustre. A seven-star tiger safari in India, a visit to Rio during the Olympics (with front-row Athletics tickets) and a water villa in Bora Bora all come to mind. The only disadvantage of these once-in-a-lifetime getaways is the confinement to one place. Safrans du Monde has taken this concept to the next level. As opposed to offering the perfect trip to one location, the luxury travel company is offering a holiday with upward of 20 destinations with a private jet to take you there.

Although Safrans du Monde cannot promise Olympics tickets, as your first stop in Rio post-dates the 2016 Games by several months, every other fantasy trip one can imagine is included in this package. The 22-day itinerary is as follows:

Itinerary

November 19: Board the private jet at Le Bourget just outside of Paris for Rio de Janeiro.

November 20: Explore Rio, its famed Sugarloaf mountain, the Lapa Steps and the Corcovado mountains. Stay at the Belmond Copacabana Palace on the world-renowned Copacabana Beach.

November 21: Leave Rio for Lima or Cusco. Guests can choose which destination they prefer.

November 22: For guests that have selected Lima, they will explore the history of “The King’s City”. It is also quickly becoming a foodie destination, with Peruvian cuisine heralded as one of the more celebrated globally. For guests that choose Cusco, a visit to Machu Picchu and its ancient ruins is on the agenda.

Macchu Pichu’s famed ruins are a UNESCO Heritage Site.

November 23: All guests board the jet and head to Easter Island. The gateway to Polynesia, Easter Island will take you directly from Peru to the island. Enjoy the culture, volcanos and Polynesian legends under a starry sky.

Moai Statues at Easter Island.

November 24: Head to Tahiti and transfer for three days to Bora Bora for some serious time in the sand and sun.

November 27: The next stop after Tahiti/Bora Bora is Auckland, New Zealand.
